SERVICES
I provide Adlerian psychotherapy, an evidence-informed approach that focuses on early experiences, core beliefs, and relationship patterns. This approach is client centered, and grounded in respect for your cultural background, values, and lived experiences. I primarily support women-ages 16 to late life, and those seeking a relational approach to therapy. Whether you’re navigating intergenerational trauma, identity exploration, or systemic stressors, we will focus on what’s realistic for you and make changes that fit your life. I offer telehealth across Minnesota and in- person sessions at my office in Blaine.
🌿 Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy focuses on understanding how early experiences, life patterns, and core beliefs influence your emotions, relationships, and choices today. This collaborative, encouragement-based approach helps you gain insight into core beliefs and unhelpful thinking patterns. We will work to strengthen coping skills, and develop a greater sense of confidence, connection, and purpose.
Common focus areas include:
Anxiety, stress, and overthinking
Depression and mood changes
Trauma recovery and emotional healing
Life transitions and relationship challenges
Self-esteem, identity, and personal growth
My focus is on the whole person — not just the symptoms. Together, we’ll explore patterns, discover what helps you feel more balanced, and create practical tools that support change. Through this process, you’ll learn to heal from the past, grow through self-awareness, and thrive in your everyday life.
